Imbric-13L is an advanced all-herb formula, with wild desert plants, that supports patients with various forms and types of lung cancer.
The mechanism by which these plants act, among others, is:
- • through the powerful antioxidant, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, cytotoxicity, antiproliferative and anticancer biological activity of secondary metabolites against cancerous cell lines, which are not toxic to normal cell lines and have α-amylase inhibitory potential,
- • through repair of oxidative damage, cancerous inactivation, inhibition of proliferation, promotion of differentiation, promotion of cell cycle arrest and apoptosis, damage to cancer angiogenesis and suppression of metastases,
- • through immune remodulation and management of DNA mitochondria.
Imbric-13L is effective in killing various types of cancer cells, but primarily targets lung cancer cells, whether primary or metastatic, including:
- • Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC): Lung adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, large cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, sarcomatoid carcinoma.
- • Small cell lung cancer (SCLC).
- • Metastatic lung cancer in other organs, or metastases of other cancers that have also affected the lungs; or even rarer types of lung cancer, such as pleural mesothelioma, etc
- It has strong pharmacological activity: antioxidant, antibacterial, bronchorelaxant, anti-apoptotic, antimutagenic, antimicrobial, antiviral, antiepileptic, cathartic, depurative, liver tonic, anthelmintic, cholagogue, expectorant, ferbifuge, etc.
- The antiproliferative activity of sesquiterpenes contained in the product has shown high activity against various cancer cell lines, and 9β-hydroxyparthenolide and garcinamines C and D have shown significant effects against lung carcinoma cell lines (A549), colon carcinoma (LoVo), breast carcinoma (MCF7), thyroid cancers and non-Hodgkin's lymphomas, etc.
- Very effective against spasmodic conditions of the respiratory and gastrointestinal systems, oxidative stress and liver damage - where it has shown an effect against hepatotoxicity.
