Terms of Return of Goods and Payment
Wild Arabic Herbs is responsible for shipping the order by express mail until it reaches the buyer or patient.
If the goods do not match what the buyer ordered, or were damaged in transit and arrived damaged and deficient in quantity, then Wild Arabic Herbs is responsible for reshipping them.
If the buyer wishes to return the purchased goods for other reasons, then Wild Arabic Herbs will accept the return of the goods as it arrived to the buyer, unopened, and will refund 70% of the amount paid to the buyer, as soon as the goods reach us, while the other part will be kept to cover transport costs and taxes that are non-refundable. Also, the costs of returning the order (DHL mail) will be waived by the buyer.
